Frog House
The Frog House is a well-zoned and efficient family home, with a total floor area of 178m². The layout includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a powder room, and a study nook.
A smart zoning strategy places the master suite on the ground floor — complete with a universal access ensuite — while the remaining bedrooms are upstairs, alongside a flexible living space ideal for quiet retreat or play.
Designed to perform best with north to the rear or side, the Frog House can adapt easily to a range of sites. Like the Finch House, the covered deck and garage or carport are treated as ancillary structures, allowing their placement to respond to access, views, and solar orientation.

The Frog House is named for the Corroboree Frog, one of Australia’s iconic animals. The frog hails from the sub-alpine regions of Snowy Mountains and is vibrantly patterned in yellow and black. The introduction of disease has ravaged the population and they are directly threatened by climate change. Populations are being bred in captivity by several zoos across Australia to combat the dwindling wild numbers.
We celebrate and acknowledge our connection to the land—each of our homes is named after an endangered Australian animal, highlighting the impact of development on native habitats. As part of this commitment, we donate a percentage of our profits to Bush Heritage Australia to help protect and restore biodiversity.
