It’s a simple, low-cost way to access an architecturally designed home and decide on next steps. From there, you can engage a draftsperson or building designer to adapt the design to your site and manage permits.

For those who want full support from start to finish. We guide you through every stage, making the process smoother and more efficient than a custom design journey — saving time and fees while still delivering a tailored, high-performance home. Available to Victorian residents only.
